This innovative and flexible fiberglass attachment holds your air filled vinyl balloon at a uniform height. Graphite additives provide the fiberglass rod superior action and can hold up for years in the wind. The stem is 35" tall. The unique upper-cup allows for easy vinyl balloon installation. Twist-lock bottom attaches securely to the Balloon Bobber bracket, suction cup or pole. Can also be used with latex balloons without any extra attachment pieces.
