Use the weighted base for installation on any hard surface.   The pole slides over a pin on the base.  The pole is 48 inches tall and when completed the kit is approximately 9 feet tall.    The kit includes:

• Strong 48" long pole
• 41 in. fiberglass stem
• upper holding cup
• duraballoon in any color
• DuraBalloon Single Weighted Base 

If you do not currently have an inflator, you will not be able to inflate these balloons without the Hand/Foot Pump.  So don't forget to add this to your cart when ordering.
