You can now have a portable boulevard banner system. Our giant boulevard banner display can be put on the street and moved as necessary. The overall height is a tall 17 feet. The pole inserts into a base tank that you fill with water or sand. The display rotates with the wind to minimize the chance of blowing over. The telescoping pole displays the banner with ease. The top and side poles have rings that attach to the banner. It includes a carrying case.The boulevard banner display uses a 42" wide by 8 foot or 10 foot tall banner. The banner is double sided to catch the eye of traffic from both directions. We can adapt most of our great looking boulevard styles for your special banner.
