•  This is a good solution when you want a thicker looking sign, but do not want the added weight. 
•  Aluminum composite signs are made of a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene, bonded to two sheets of aluminum. 
•  They have a thickness of 3mm, which is approximately 1/8 inches.
