Order Information

 Whether you place your order online or by phone, you will receive a proof by fax or email on custom products. Once you approve the artwork, we will send it to production. We work hard to get your order out as soon as possible, but production times vary depending on the product. For example, flags take approximately 4-5 working days. Signs and banners are approximately 3-5 days in production. Other products may take 7-10 working days. Please ask our Marketing Consultants for details. Upon completion, we ship the products by common carrier or UPS. See the shipping section for details.

Remember to add any specific details to your order in the comment fields. If you want to add a logo or other special graphic it is best to get it to us electronically. We can scan and create artwork if necessary and an art charge may apply. If we have questions about your order, we will email or call you back. If you have questions on your artwork, please call or email us.

 
Shipping Information

We ship most our our products by UPS ground. If you are in the Dallas area some items may come by bonded courier. Larger items such as flagpoles and sandwich boards go common courier. Depending upon where you are in the country, shipping may take up to five working days. If you have not received a shipment in a timely manner, call us and we are happy to track the shipment.

Items on an order may ship at different times depending on production. Therefore, you may receive multiple shipments on an order. We charge shipping and a handling charge on each order based upon the rates given to us by the carrier and packaging. Certain items like flagpoles or frames may be charged an oversized fee. If you have questions on how much a shipment will be, please call or email us at shipping@curbappealsigns.com. We ship to the office of your community. If your office is not always open or have a different shipping address, please let our Marketing Consultants know at the time of the order.

If you have damages or returns you must contact us within 10 days to receive a replacement product or refund. If an item is damaged, please keep the packaging the product came in. We handle the claim and give you pick up instructions. For returns, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. For returns, you will be charged freight out and in some cases, a 20% restock fee. You must notify us within 10 days after receiving the package and return the product UPS or other signature shipping method. We will not accept returns without a valid RMA.
