You may need more stability when using the DuraBalloon Cluster Kit or Mega pole on concrete or any other flat surface.    The stacked base are two 18" X 17"X 5" bases that stack on each other for to avoid tipping in strong winds.   Just fill  with sand and insert the bottom of the pole into its easy central clamping device.   Portability is easy with the built in handle.
